The historic grounds of the John Wornall House are perfect for your outdoor event. Our grounds are within walking distance of downtown Brookside. They are beautiful year-round, featuring outdoor seating, native plants, and historic signage. The Greek revival architecture of the Wornall House (built in 1858) provides a stunning backdrop.

$100/hour rental rate (for members)- minimum of two consecutive hours.

Reserving the Wornall Grounds as Your Event Space
To reserve a date, contact rentals@wornallmajors.org. You are welcome to visit the Wornall House grounds at your leisure to tour the space. Please note that grounds visits are self-guided, and a staff person may not be available to assist you. For questions, call or email rentals@wornallmajors.org or 816-444-1858. Your date is reserved upon payment due and completion of a rental agreement.
